Return, Refund, Exchange Policy
Some products may be eligible for a return or exchange under certain circumstances.
Generally, since our shirts and hats are made to order, we don’t offer returns and all sales are final. If your order arrived damaged or has a specific issue (i.e. design in the wrong place) we will consider allowing a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item you received must be different than described. It must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To proceed with a return we will require you to first provide us with photo evidence within 24 hours of your order arriving. Then, after inspection we will inform you if your case meets the criteria for a return.
If your case is in fact approved for a return, we will request for you to send the product back to us. After we receive it, we will send you a brand new product at no additional cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Due to our manner of production, we do not off refunds at this time. Only under the condition that we made a mistake can we consider making a refund. We will review this under a case by case basis.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location.
We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance because we don’t guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning to us.
